naked neck chicken
It is believed that Naked Necks originated in Eastern Hungary with more concentrated breeding taking place in Germany. The first examples were seen in Britain about 1880 and were known as Transylvanian Naked Necks. Naked Neck Chicks from Ideal Poultry are multicolored and are characterized by an absence of feathers on the neck. They have single combs and clean, yellow legs and feet. Since Ideal Poultry does not breed for any specific color, adult plumage color will vary.
